If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for return and replacement or refund at our discretion.
8.4 Event Cancellations
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled event. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.

Event tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased unless the event is cancelled by us. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
